Made from a high quality jersey knit fabric, it is not only beautiful but extremely soft and comfortable. This top features a sweet little heart cut out in the back and can be made with or without sleeves. The peplum skirt adds the perfect amount of whimsy and is short enough that it won't interfere with playtime. All products are toddler tested and approved.
